1. Introduction Welcome to Markkinointi Enterprise. By purchasing “The MARK: AI-Ready Entrepreneur Toolkit” or subscribing to our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Digital Products and Subscriptions
- Access: Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the digital assets associated with your selected tier.
- Subscriptions: The Professional tier is billed on a recurring monthly basis ($149/mo). You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Stripe customer portal, but cancellation will not result in a refund for the current billing cycle.
- Refund Policy: Due to the downloadable and digital nature of the technical files and SOPs, all sales are strictly final. We do not offer refunds once the assets have been delivered.
3. Intellectual Property All materials included in The MARK (including JSON-LD templates, /llms.txt configurations, SOPs, and prompts) are the intellectual property of Markkinointi Enterprise. Upon purchase, you are granted a single-user license to implement these files for your own business. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share the toolkit or its core components.
4. Disclaimer of Guarantees The MARK provides technical infrastructure designed to improve machine readability. However, Markkinointi Enterprise is not affiliated with any third-party AI platforms (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google). We do not control their algorithms and cannot guarantee specific AI citations, rankings, or financial results.
5. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
